Anya Kisskalt was born on 27th February 2002 in Thailand. At the age of 10, she moved to Germany with her family. She competes in the under-49 kg weight category for Taekwondo Elite Nürnberg and the German Taekwondo Union at national and international competitions. Anya lives in Nuremberg and trains with the national squad at the training centre in Langwasser. She is studying Management at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences. In the youth category, Anya demonstrated her exceptional talent by winning bronze at the World Championships in 2015 and bronze at the European Youth Championships in 2019. In 2023, she secured a bronze medal at the European Games, marking her first podium finish in the senior category. Her ultimate goal is to compete in the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
