BIO

Leonard Graven discovered his passion for volleyball through his father. Like his older brother Vincent, he began his sporting career at ASV Dachau before transferring to the youth team of VC Olympia Munich. In September 2021, he represented the German U19 national team at the World Championship in Iran. After another season with the renamed TSV Haching Munich, during which he reached the quarter-finals of the DVV Cup 2021/22, Leonard made his debut for the senior national team in 2022. He then transferred to WWK Volleys Herrsching. With the team, he reached the quarter-finals of both the DVV Cup and the Bundesliga playoffs in the 2022/23 season. Currently, Leonard plays for VfB Friedrichshafen and is part of the senior national team.
